I continually stress to everyone to never bash or write negative reviews until you first reach out to a manager or owner. My mission is to always give honest reviews and when things may not go well, I make sure I privately speak to the manager or owner to make them aware. I have forged some great relationships with restaurant owners and employees locally and out of Rockaway.
